How do I make a purchase?

To purchase a specific item, click ‘Search’, or the magnifying glass icon, somewhere on the top of the page. A search box will appear; enter an item description. You will find the option to select the category of an item based on details such as gender and brand. Choose the one that suits you.

Once a category is selected, you will see a collection of items under that category. Click on the item you are interested in buying, choose a size and any other important detail and select ‘Add to Bag’. This will add the item to the shopping bag. To check out, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

How do I know my size?

With such an extensive collection of international brands and designers, sizing variations are inevitable. To help you choose the size that fits you best, please review our size chart.

 

Delivery

Where are orders shipped from?

Our designers are responsible for shipping out and fulfilling orders. This means that where your order will ship from is dependent on the designer’s location.  

Do you ship internationally?     

Yes. We do international shipments to most parts of the world. Check our ‘Delivery’ page for more details.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are expected to arrive 2-5 business days after being processed. The exact duration will depend on the designer. If you have multiple orders from different designers, each one may arrive at different times within the 2-5-day window.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After the shipping label is created, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking number that you can use to track the delivery status of your order. 

How doe Inkloo handle failed deliveries?

If our shipping carriers fail to deliver a package for reasons such as the customer’s refusal to pay duties, an incorrect address, multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach the customer, or any other reason, Inkloo won’t be responsible for paying whatever return shipping costs charged.

Will I be required to pay tax?

In compliance with your local tax laws, you will be required to pay tax where it is applicable. Sales tax will be calculated at check out in accordance with the most up to date tax information.

International deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that all relevant import duties and taxes must be paid by the customer upon delivery.  

 

Returns

Can an item be returned?

All items that comply with our returns policy will be accepted by Inkloo. For more information, check our return policy

 

Payment and Discounts

Do you offer discounts?

Do well to check the Inkloo website frequently for up to date information on promos and discounts.

How can I be sure my personal and payment details are secure?

Inkloo uses Spotify’s payment channels to ensure the highest level of security. This way customers can shop with absolute peace of mind.

Can I choose the currency that I pay in?

Yes. You can make payments in the currency used in your region. If you don’t find the option to pay in your local currency, you can still pay in USD.

Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?

On occasions when we plan to restock an item that is out of stock, we make a pre-order button available for that item. This way, you can pre-order an item that is not in stock. Note that pre-ordered items can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to be delivered to you. However, be sure to check the pre-order notes on the specific item to confirm the delivery date.

Do you offer "Made to Order" items?

YES. "Made to Order" items are limited edition specialty items that are not produced for mass consumption. Since these items are made on special requests, customers are required to include measurements and other important details in the note section at check out to ensure that their requirements are met. Except for items that arrive damaged, any item marked "Made to Order" cannot be returned. Made to order items are mostly shipped from their respective designers.
